Outdoor Kitchen Pavilion
Ron & Cindi discovered our work online and asked us to design a pavilion to shelter an outdoor kitchen for their coastal North Carolina home.
From among our proposals, Ron & Cindi favored this low, spreading roof design. And after a brief discussion of aesthetics, they graciously trusted me with the details.
For such creative freedom, I am thankful.
It is one challenge to satisfy the given functional requirements of the structure within a given budget. It is a more personal challenge to pursue the beauty I find so compelling, to arrive at a design in which nothing more should be added, nothing taken away.
